Minimum requirements:- 7 to 10 years of progressive IT operations experience, with a focus on end-user services, endpoint management, or digital workplace operations
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing devices and users through Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management solutions
- Degree, diploma, or equivalent combination of education and experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong technical knowledge of end user computing operations, including Windows operating systems, modern endpoint management (Intune/MEM), application packaging, imaging/provisioning (Autopilot), and endpoint patching and security compliance
- Experience supporting industrial, field-based, or operational environments such as oil and gas, utilities, or manufacturing is considered an asset
- ITIL Foundation and Microsoft endpoint/M365 certifications (MD-102, Azure Fundamentals, etc.) are considered assets
- Own the digital employee experience at the point of use: monitor endpoint and experience telemetry, identify friction, and drive proactive and preventative resolution before user impact
- Manage and support modern endpoint technologies, including Windows, Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, application deployment, patching, and device compliance
- Work with stakeholders across D&IT to implement and support security policies across the hardware fleet, including Windows CSPs and Mobile Application policies (MAM)
- Design, implement, and support kiosk and frontline technology solutions across Windows, Android, and iOS platforms
- Drive automation, self-service, self-healing, and shift-left initiatives to improve service delivery and reduce support demand
- Partner with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to maintain endpoint security, patch compliance, and adherence to enterprise policies
