This role offers hands-on experience delivering desktop support and managing IT assets for local employees.
Key responsibilities include serving as the primary IT support for the Calgary office, handling service desk inquiries, and providing timely, friendly assistance. Your work will directly impact the operational efficiency of the IT support team, including asset management and troubleshooting various hardware and software issues, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage IT support for Calgary, prioritizing and resolving incidents
• Provide service desk support and ticket documentation
• Deploy, configure, and maintain IT assets and hardware
• Support endpoint management and software deployment tasks
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution
Requirements:
• Related diploma in IT, computer science, or similar
• Experience in service desk support and ticketing systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and desktop hardware
• Knowledge of endpoint management tools and Active Directory
• Ability to troubleshoot a range of IT issues
