In this role, you will provide first contact IT support for associates in both the Distribution Center and Fulfillment Center. Your expertise will cover troubleshooting, hardware installations, and maintaining key software applications like Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365. Effective collaboration with global support teams and third-party vendors is essential for successful issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver daily technical support for IT systems in logistics
• Act as the first IT contact for DC and FC associates
• Track and resolve Level 1 and 2 service requests
• Assist with technology installation and configuration
• Monitor data center alarms and coordinate maintenance efforts
Requirements:
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
• Strong troubleshooting skills for various IT issues
• Effective communication abilities with tech teams
• Knowledge of IT asset management practices
• Familiarity with network connectivity solutions
