Our public sector client is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence and Analytics Architect (10+ years) to design KPI frameworks and analytics solutions using PowerBI, Business Objects, and Kimball Dimensional Modelling .

This role supports analytics, reporting, and measurement initiatives that help demonstrate program outcomes, organizational readiness, and service impact through dashboards, reporting, and benefits-realization analysis. The team operates at the intersection of technology, experimentation, and strategy, supporting modernization initiatives through evidence-based decision making.
MustHaves
- 5+ years in a Business Intelligence and analytics analyst role using PowerBI or Business Objects
- 5+ years with Kimball Dimensional Modelling
, data analysis, and requirements gathering - 5+ years applying Data Warehousing
, Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Data Integration principles - 5+ years with Informatica
, semantic layer design, database structures, scripting, Oracle, and SQLServer - 3+ years mentoring technical and functional resources on BI&A solutions
- Previous experience within the public sector or large organizations
- Verbal and written communication skills supporting internal and external stakeholders at multiple levels
- Design KPI frameworks to measure outcomes, impact, learning, and organizational readiness
- Create automated measurement processes for program analytics and reporting
- Develop performance dashboards and executive reports
- Produce benefits-realization analyses and annual outcome reporting
- Gather and document requirements including source-to-target mappings for development teams
- Analyze program data to communicate performance, outcomes, and value
- Support evaluation and understanding of emerging technologies through analytics and reporting
