As a critical member of the Application Management Services team, you will support various Workday applications such as HCM, Learning, Benefits, and Payroll. Your responsibilities will involve troubleshooting, incident management, and user support across the organization, collaborating with HR, Finance, and external vendors. This role is key to ensuring efficient platform operation and maximizing user functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide ongoing support for Workday production environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents while meeting service levels
• Monitor integrations and scheduled processes with precision
• Assist in testing activities related to Workday updates
• Support employee lifecycle transactions and benefits administration
Requirements:
• 6-10+ years of experience with Workday applications
• Proficient in HCM, Learning, and Payroll modules
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience in application support environments
• Excellent communication skills
