IT Project Coordinator PMO Governance

Manage small-scale IT projects independently for Symbiotic Digital, using strong coordination and governance skills in a contract role onsite three days weekly.

This experienced IT Project Coordinator manages assigned projects from initiation through closure. The work requires project planning, stakeholder communication, financial tracking, and documentation. Projects must remain within approved scope, timelines, and budgets while following PMO methodologies, governance requirements, reporting standards, and organizational policies.

• Manage planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of small IT projects
• Maintain charters, plans, schedules, reports, and closure documentation
• Coordinate technical teams, vendors, resources, and business stakeholders
• Submit monthly updates covering finances, risks, issues, and milestones
• Prepare governance submissions, change requests, approvals, and meeting follow-ups

• Three years of IT project coordination or management experience
• Diploma or degree in business, technology, project management, or related field
• Experience independently managing multiple concurrent small projects
• Strong financial tracking, forecasting, reconciliation, and documentation skills
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Share Point
