Manage IT sourcing and contracts at Intact through a hybrid work model, applying strategic thinking, risk analysis, and negotiation skills.
As an IT Procurement Advisor, you will manage technology and business contracts across Canada and globally. The work combines sourcing, contract lifecycle management, vendor risk assessment, and cross-functional partnership. You will support procurement governance while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee business and technology contract portfolios across Canada and globally
- Evaluate vendor requirements, risks, markets, security, and legal considerations
- Manage sourcing contract life cycles, renewals, and compliance
- Draft minor amendments using approved legal templates
- Build supplier and cross-functional relationships across locations
- Post-secondary education in business, finance, or related field
- Experience sourcing and managing multiple contract life cycles
- Strong Microsoft Excel and analytical skills
- Knowledge of strategic sourcing principles and contracting practices
- Eligibility to work in Canada;
Quebec candidates require bilingualism
