This Business Solutions Analyst supports Well Delivery through system support, process optimization, and user enablement. The position works with business users, IT teams, and application vendors. Success requires experience with change management, well data, and stakeholder facilitation.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer, configure, support, and govern Well View and Site View applications
Drive user enablement and business application adoption
Collaborate with users, IT teams, and application vendors
Optimize Well Delivery business processes and workflows
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and requirements workshops
Requirements:
At least 10 years of progressive oil and gas experience
Specific experience supporting Well View and Site View applications
Advanced requirements gathering, validation, testing, and facilitation skills
Experience with change management, process modeling, and data management
Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
Bring Well View, Site View, facilitation, and business analysis expertise to improve Well Delivery applications and data performance.
