Application Support Analyst Enverus

As an Application Customer Support Analyst, you support Enverus software applications and help customers maximize product value. The work includes diagnosing issues, documenting requests, educating users, and maintaining technical knowledge. You will also collaborate with internal teams, manage escalations, and provide updates on unresolved cases.

• Provide front line application support through phone, email, and screen sharing
• Diagnose software issues and resolve customer problems efficiently
• Document customer requests and escalate product issues with context
• Educate customers on login, navigation, training, and product value
• Collaborate across teams and update customers on outstanding issues

• Two or more years in application or client facing support
• Bachelor's degree or industry experience is a plus
• Technical expertise for troubleshooting and resolving client inquiries
• Strong empathy, listening, curiosity, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage inquiries, resolve conflict, and adapt positively
