Konica Minolta seeks a Market Production Systems Expert to install, support, and optimize production print systems. The role provides expert technical support, mentors service teams, and contributes to business development. Expertise includes color management, networking, diagnostic tools, and digital press equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regional technical reviews, meetings, and webinars
- Resolve complex equipment problems onsite and remotely
- Document installation procedures across Canada
- Train technicians on installation and support practices
- Support proposals and technical business consultations
- Minimum eight years’ production print technical service experience
- High School diploma or GED required
- Expertise in calibration, RIP configurations, Fiery, and Creo
- Advanced network troubleshooting and complex MFP installation skills
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
