Our energy and resources client is seeking a Senior Enterprise Asset Management Functional Analyst to support Enterprise Asset Management solutions (Maximo) and EAM processes, including translating business requirements into functional designs
Candidates will be in-office 4 days/week in downtown Calgary
Must Haves
10+ years as a Functional Consultant with a focus on Enterprise Asset Management asset-intensive operations
Experience with IBM Maximo across Work and Asset Management, Preventive Maintenance, Inventory, Purchasing, and Scheduler
Experience translating business processes and requirements into EAM functional requirements and solution designs
Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Dev Ops, or product-centric delivery environments
Strong stakeholder engagement, analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across business and technical teams
Nice to Have
Experience in Agile, Scrum, Dev Ops, or product-centric delivery environments
Experience with Azure Dev Ops
Experience in energy, utilities, oil and gas, infrastructure, or manufacturing industries
Responsibilities
Translate business processes and requirements into EAM functional requirements and solution designs
Develop functional specifications, process flows, configuration requirements, and acceptance criteria
Support EAM roadmap initiatives including impact analysis, dependencies, prioritization, and implementation planning
Maintain and refine product backlogs and communicate delivered value, risks, and functional impacts
Assess solutions across business processes, application configuration, integrations, security, data flows, and end-user impacts
Support application sustainment, enhancements, testing, releases, upgrades, migrations, and incident investigation
Maintain functional documentation, configuration records, and process decision records
