As ATB’s next Senior Manager, QA Services, you will have a unique opportunity to lead, manage and coach the Salesforce QA Services team to deliver world‑class experiences to our team members and customers using Agile delivery methodologies.

We’re on a long term journey to implement a world‑class CRM for ATB across the enterprise. The role is key to ensure we’re building a solution with high standards.

In this role, you will define and spearhead the necessary quality assurance strategies to ensure high standards. As we configure and customize Salesforce, migrate data from existing CRM systems, and integrate new solutions, you will support effective execution. You will partner with teams across ATB to enable them to create, launch, and maintain top‑tier applications while consistently evaluating and elevating delivery performance.

• Develop a comprehensive QA strategy across all Salesforce platforms, incorporating insights from Architecture, Cloud Infrastructure, Security, Data Governance, Development teams, QA Leads, and subject matter experts to align with ATB’s strategic vision, to support continuous delivery solutions.
• Drive the strategy, creation, and expansion of comprehensive automated regression test suites across Salesforce applications and integration touchpoints
• Demonstrate strong process‑building leadership by coordinating, defining, and establishing new or refocused delivery processes, including alignment across Salesforce ecosystems into the core team delivery engine
• Connect team missions & visions to the overall objectives of Client Experience & Technology, and the broader ATB story
• Be a champion for ATB’s Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Continuous Delivery processes, ensuring team compliance to the processes, especially in Quality Assurance and Automation
• Actively seek to resolve impediments to targeted milestones by raising risks and collaborating with initiative leaders
• Help derive data‑driven decisions and strategic direction to help achieve milestones
• Manage and supervise the team of QA Leads and Specialists, handling and assigning of tasks required for the project of the engineering team consisting of architects and solution designers
