Translate complex business needs into practical solutions as an Enterprise ETRM Business Analyst supporting critical energy trading applications. Work with stakeholders across analysis and delivery.
This Business Analyst Specialist I supports Enbridge’s Enterprise Marketing and Risk Management systems team. The role covers systems analysis, application support, demand management, and delivery coordination. You will support ETRM applications through incident triage, user support, reporting, testing, and delivery follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:- Capture, clarify, document, and validate stakeholder requirements
- Assess incoming demand, business value, urgency, and priorities
- Provide analysis and support for enterprise ETRM applications
- Coordinate project teams, vendors, integrators, and TIS partners
- Monitor satisfaction and identify service improvement opportunities
- Degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or related field
- Five or more years of progressive technology experience
- Exposure to Energy Trading and Risk Management systems
- Understanding of IT operations and enterprise system support
- Strong analytical, organizational, prioritization, and communication skills
