Lead Salesforce Retail CRM analysis at ATB, connecting business needs with technical delivery through functional documentation and backlog prioritization.
As a Senior Functional Analyst, you will bridge business operations, Business Improvement Partners, and technical development. You will maximize value from Salesforce through Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud expertise. The role operates in Scrum with structured milestone commitments, enhancement intake, and transformational roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities:- Capture business needs and create functional specifications
- Manage enhancement backlogs and prioritize delivery stories
- Triage platform incidents, support requests, and defects
- Collaborate on UAT strategies and release validation
- Define Salesforce fields, workflows, and integration touchpoints
- Five or more years working with Salesforce functionally
- Direct Financial Services Cloud experience
- Proven agile or Scrum delivery experience
- Strong documentation of business logic and workflows
- Experience prioritizing backlogs and triaging defects
