Healthcare Implementation Project Manager
Lead complex healthcare implementations at Fonemed using disciplined project management and exceptional stakeholder engagement across Canada and the United States. Coordinate clients, clinical teams, and technology partners.
This experienced Project Manager delivers concurrent client-facing initiatives across healthcare, virtual care, telehealth, contact centre, and digital health environments. You will plan projects, manage governance, and guide implementation through operational transition. The role connects public and private sector clients with operational leaders, clinical stakeholders, technology teams, and third-party vendors.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead delivery from project initiation through operational transition
- Develop charters, schedules, resource plans, risks, and status reports
- Manage scope, budgets, dependencies, deliverables, and change requests
- Facilitate governance meetings and executive stakeholder updates
- Coordinate readiness, training, communications, and change activities
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, information technology, or related discipline
- Recent experience leading complex client-facing projects
- Healthcare, virtual care, telehealth, or digital health experience is an asset
- Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar tools
