Translate complex business needs into practical solutions as an Enterprise ETRM Business Analyst supporting critical energy trading applications. Apply systems analysis and stakeholder communication.
This regular, full-time position supports Enbridge’s Enterprise Marketing and Risk Management systems team. You will provide application support, demand management, and delivery coordination across business-critical energy trading and risk management applications. The work includes client-facing analysis, enterprise ETRM processes, and business relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:- Capture, clarify, document, and validate stakeholder ideas and requirements
- Assess demand, business value, urgency, priorities, and delivery forecasts
- Support incidents, users, access, reporting, testing, and follow-up
- Coordinate production delivery with project teams and vendors
- Monitor satisfaction and identify service improvement opportunities
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent education and experience
- Five or more years of progressive technology experience
- Exposure to Energy Trading and Risk Management systems
- Understanding of IT operations and enterprise systems support
- Strong analytical, organizational, coordination, and communication skills
Support Enbridge stakeholders through ETRM analysis, application support, demand management, and coordinated technology delivery.
