The Lead Specialist - Project Manager represents IT PMO Shared Services as a senior-level delivery leader. You will manage cross-functional initiatives through initiation, planning, implementation, transition, and closure. The role partners with IT and business leaders while aligning teams, vendors, contractors, and third parties.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead complex projects across the complete delivery life cycle
Define strategy, governance, scope, outcomes, roadmaps, and milestones
Oversee schedules, financials, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies
Present recommendations, escalations, and reporting to executives
Ensure PMO standards, controls, documentation, and readiness
Requirements:
5-7 years of related technology-environment experience
2-3 years of direct project management experience
Experience leading cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams
Strong facilitation, presentation, organizational, and relationship-management skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
Apply senior technology project management expertise to strengthen governance, executive decisions, and measurable outcomes across Sunoco LP.
