This Audio-Visual Specialist II position provides technical support for integrated systems from design through lifecycle upgrades. You will configure processors, touch panels, user interfaces, switching, audio, displays, projection, conferencing, and related infrastructure. The work also includes requirements gathering, commissioning, testing, documentation, and technical input on improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and validate AV system drawings against standards
Gather technical and programming requirements for AV systems
Modify touch panels and control system programming
Upload, configure, and validate control programs
Support commissioning, acceptance testing, and code validation
Requirements:
Diploma in programming, electronics, AV, or related discipline
Three to five years configuring and programming AV systems
Advanced experience with control systems and user interfaces
Experience with RS-232 and network-connected AV devices
Experience creating programming notes and configuration records
Use advanced control-system programming, configuration, testing, and documentation skills to support consistent AV delivery throughout SAIT.
