• Competitive base salary between $65,000 – $85,000 plus quarterly bonuses based on performance

Responsibilities

• Manage a small to medium-sized commercial book of business with high retention rates
• Provide tailored insurance solutions across various industries
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent service
• Collaborate with administrative support on policy processing and renewals
• Optional involvement in sales activities with established targets
• Work primarily onsite with some flexibility once familiar with company culture and values
• Participate in client meetings and support team initiatives

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial insurance across a variety of industries
• Valid AIC Level 2license
• Proven ability to manage a book of business and retain clients
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently
