Our client is well known for its customer centric approach and extensive insurance and market knowledge. This Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager will manage a book of business, provide excellent customer service to their VIP and High Net Worth clients.

About The Position:

• Assist clients on any inquiries and discuss their insurance needs
• Answer phone calls from clients when available
• Create and bind new insurance policies
• Identify additional coverages for existing clients
• Complete policy reviews and renewals

Job Requirements:

• Level 1 Alberta license, Level 2 preferred
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Personal Lines Broker
• Experience in High Net Worth and VIP customers in Alberta
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Must be able to work in office full time (Monday to Friday)

• $65,000 – $75,000 base salary depending on experience plus annual fixed bonus
