Responsibilities- Program Management: Maintain and grow a commercial book of business, overseeing renewals, placements, and client coverage needs.
- Client Service: Prepare proposals, renewal summaries, certificates, and respond promptly to client inquiries.
- Risk Analysis: Review contracts, analyze client exposures, and recommend tailored coverage solutions in collaboration with Producers.
- Level 2 Insurance License required.
- 3–5+ years of commercial insurance experience (construction experience an asset).
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficient in Applied Epic and Microsoft Office.
- Designations such as CAIB, CIP, FCIP, or CRM considered an asset.
