Administer the certificate framework for all clients, including preparing certificates, slips, and proofsAnalyze underwriter approvals and collaborate with insurer contacts validate documentationReview insurer documentation for correctness, liaise on changes, and process updates promptlyMonitor and follow-up on outstanding items with clients, insurers, and internal teamsUtilize EPIC and MS Office to ensure proper documentation and data entryAssist the team and support special projects as needed, including outside normal hoursQualifications
Must have valid AIC broker license and EPIC experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detailPrevious experience in the insurance industry, handling complex risks preferredExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients and insurersOrganizational skills to manage multiple requests efficientlySelf-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused mindsetHigh integrity, dependability, and ability to adapt to evolving prioritiesAt Aplin — together with our brands Compu Staff and Impact Recruitment — we connect great people with great organizations across North America.
