The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Senior Commercial Account Manager to support a complex commercial portfolio within their Commercial Lines team. This role is centered on managing client relationships, renewals, and ongoing servicing for construction and contracting accounts. You will work closely with producers and internal marketing partners, acting as a key point of continuity for clients and ensuring coverage is placed, maintained, and renewed accurately.

This is a strong opportunity for an experienced commercial account manager who enjoys owning their book, navigating complex documentation, and contributing to retention and service excellence in a fast paced environment.

About You
You are a senior commercial insurance professional with a strong background in account management and servicing. You are highly organized, detail oriented, and comfortable managing multiple renewals, projects, and timelines simultaneously. You enjoy working closely with producers and clients, take pride in strong documentation and follow up, and bring a calm, solutions focused approach to your work.

Necessary Qualifications Include

• 3 to 5 years of commercial lines insurance experience

• Level 2 insurance license

• Strong experience managing renewals, mid term changes, and client servicing

• Background supporting construction or contracting accounts is considered an asset

• Ability to review contracts, leases, and statements of values

• Experience liaising with marketing and insurers on placements and changes

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

• Experience using Applied Epic and or The Agency Manager

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize independently
