Do you want to make a difference helping people regain what matters most after an unexpected event? Aviva Specialty Claims is seeking a Lifestyle Claims Adjuster for watercraft and RV trailer claims. You’ll be the expert who supports customers through their most challenging moments, providing care, expertise, and solutions that get them back to what they love.

• Review and analyze policies, appraisals, and technical reports to assess claim value and negotiate fair settlements.
• Effectively manage an active caseload of claims, ensuring timely and accurate resolution in line with Aviva’s standards, with customer service at the forefront.
• Create outstanding experiences for customers, turning stressful situations into positive moments.
• Make independent decisions within your authority, using judgment to resolve claims efficiently.
• Maintain detailed, accurate file records and adhere to all Aviva Specialty Claims protocols.
• Collaborate with various teams to produce good claims outcomes, participate in projects, bring a growth mindset, and share feedback to help us continuously improve.

• Minimum 1‑2+ years of previous claims adjusting experience (property experience preferred).
• Passion for Lifestyle claims, including watercraft, RVs, or travel trailers.

• Progress toward or completion of the Insurance Institute Programme (CIP/FCIP).
• Post‑secondary diploma or degree.
• Provincial licenses for the Atlantic provinces.
• Prior Property or Specialty claims experience (trailers, RVs, watercraft).
• Experience and demonstrated ability to handle complex and high‑value claims.

• Salary range $58,000 to $75,000, based on knowledge, skills, and experience.
