This position suits individuals with 1-2 years of claims adjusting experience, especially in property. In this role, you will manage claims, analyze reports, and negotiate settlements while ensuring a customer-centric approach. Your ability to provide care and understanding will enhance customer experiences significantly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and assess claims policies and technical reports
• Successfully manage and resolve claims within Aviva’s frameworks
• Foster positive customer experiences throughout the claims process
• Make judicious decisions in line with your authority
• Collaborate effectively with various teams for improvement
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in claims adjusting
• Passion for claims related to watercraft and RVs
• Progress toward CIP/FCIP or equivalent education is advantageous
• Experience with high-value, complex claims
• Provincial licenses for the Atlantic provinces preferred
