Become an integral part of Axis Insurance Managers Inc. in the Client-Focused Account Manager role, tailored for those passionate about customer service and teamwork. This position centers on ensuring client satisfaction and efficient account management.
As an Account Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Personal Insurance team, handling underwriting queries and maintaining client relations. Emphasizing a friendly, professional service approach, you will manage claims and administrative tasks while ensuring that all documentation is precise and readily accessible. Your attention to detail and timely communication will enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients to gather underwriting information
• Maintain a positive relationship with clients and underwriters
• Issue and manage all relevant documentation
• Provide timely updates on claims and inquiries
• Ensure organized management of account records
Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years in Personal Lines insurance
• Level II General Insurance Agent license or equivalent
• Ongoing pursuit of CAIB, CIP, or CRM designations considered beneficial
• Post Secondary Degree considered an asset
• Experience with EPIC broker management system an asset
