Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and negotiate a variety of claims

• Establish reserves and communicate policy coverage

• Report high-value claims to leadership

• Create detailed assessment reports during claims

• Attend community events as a Sandbox representative

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in insurance claims adjusting

• Pursue or have CIP designation

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Resilient in demanding and complex situations

• Valid driver’s license; travel may be necessary
