Hybrid Senior Property Adjuster

Be a key player in property claims as a Hybrid Senior Property Adjuster in Calgary, AB. This role involves active claims adjustment and developing business opportunities in your area.

You will support field requests and engage with policyholders and claimants promptly. With a minimum of 5 years in property claims, you will utilize tools like Docusketch for damage assessments. Your keen analytical skills will ensure effective communication and timely negotiations throughout the claims process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and follow up with policyholders effectively

• Investigate claims and report with recommendations

• Use technology to scope and quantify damages

• Negotiate settlements and prepare action plans

• Provide excellent customer service to clients

Requirements:

• High school diploma; degree in insurance preferred

• 5+ years of property claims experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Level 1 Alberta Adjuster's license pursuing

• Strong analytical and communication skills
