Key Responsibilities:

• Examine vehicles to assess structural and mechanical damage

• Complete appraisals for insurance company review

• Submit necessary documentation and supplements promptly

• Build professional relationships with insurance appraisers

• Monitor productivity and vehicle repair progress

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in auto damage appraisals or image desk role

• 3 years in auto body collision and mechanical repairs

• Proficient in Mitchell and Qaptor estimating systems

• Bilingual in French and English preferred

• Strong organizational and customer service skills
