Our client, a leading insurance brokerage, is looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager for their Calgary office. You’ll be pivotal in managing a book of personal lines, including auto, home, recreational, and umbrella policies.

Your role will involve client engagement, renewals, and developing remarketing strategies to retain and grow the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a personal lines portfolio for diverse clients

• Deliver tailored insurance solutions to meet individual needs

• Manage renewals and maintain strong client communication

• Identify business growth opportunities through remarketing

• Collaborate with team members to enhance client service

Requirements:

• Holds an Alberta Level 2 General Insurance License

• At least 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance

• RIBO license or willingness to obtain one

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applied Epic

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
