As part of the National Commercial Auto team at Sovereign Insurance, you will determine claim coverage, manage the claims process, and ensure adherence to litigation protocols. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of claims experience and facilitates cross-training in related fields, such as Injury and Property claims.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly assess and manage commercial auto claims

• Coordinate with adjusters and vendors during claims processes

• Apply knowledge of negotiation tactics for settlements

• Ensure claims reserving is consistent with corporate philosophy

• Nurture relationships with both internal and external parties

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-5 years in commercial claims required

• University Degree/College Diploma in a related area preferred

• Advantageous experience in Commercial Auto handling

• Familiarity with claims handling and policy terminology

• Ongoing or completed CIP courses encouraged
