As a Field Claim Specialist, you will report to the Manager of Claims Auto Field. Key Responsibilities:

• Review claim files and damage photos for validation

• Create and negotiate accurate loss damage estimates

• Facilitate client understanding of the claims process

• Recommend improvements to claims handling procedures

• Ensure compliance with all pertinent regulations

Requirements:

• Technical Diploma in auto body repair or equivalent

• 1-3 years of experience in auto damage estimating required

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Proficient in ADP or Mitchell estimating systems

• Valid Driver's License necessary
