Property and Casualty Insurance Advisor

The Property and Casualty Insurance Advisor contributes to enhancing the experience of a life event, such as the purchase of a new vehicle or a home by preparing premium quotes and issuing insurance contracts. Advisors assess the specific needs of members and clients, provide support in choosing appropriate coverage, and promote personalized services. They follow up on files, analyze renewals requiring special underwriting, and correct contracts as needed.

The goal is to maintain the business relationship and be first in the hearts of our clients. Advisors are evaluated on human objectives that enable them to deliver quality service, without the pressure of sales.

• Prepare premium quotes and issue insurance contracts.
• Assess the specific needs of members and clients.
• Provide support and advice in selecting appropriate coverage.
• Follow up on files and ensure timely renewal processing.
• Analyze renewals that require special underwriting.
• Correct contracts as needed to maintain accuracy.
• Maintain strong business relationships and build loyalty.

• College diploma preferred.
• Minimum of two years of strong client service experience.
• Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.

• Competitive salary and annual bonus.
• Salary range: $52,497 to $72,183 per year.
• Salary range: $55,123 to $75,794 per year (Toronto suburbs).
• 4 weeks of flexible vacation starting in the first year.
