Our client is seeking a Personal Insurance Broker to step into an established personal lines book following the retirement of a longtime team member. This is a replacement hire, not a net‑new position, and the successful candidate will assume responsibility for a mid‑sized book that is considered fairly typical for the office.
This role is based in Calgary and can be housed out of one of two local office locations. The successful hire will be expected to work in office initially while they get established in the role, build familiarity with the book, and ensure a smooth transition for clients. Longer‑term flexibility may be considered for the right individual once they have demonstrated strong knowledge, reliability, and the ability to work independently.
This position is well suited to someone who can get up to speed quickly, provide continuity of service, and become a dependable part of a collaborative office environment.
The EmployerOur client is a well‑established insurance brokerage with a stable team and low turnover. This is an opportunity to join a team‑oriented environment where client relationships and consistency of service are highly valued.
