As a Junior Accident Benefits Advisor at Aviva Canada, you'll contribute to equitable claim resolutions while working remotely.
Your role will ensure efficient processing of Accident Benefit claims.
In this exciting entry-level position, you will handle claims per corporate guidelines while collaborating with a dedicated team. You will be tasked with educating clients about auto reform changes and managing various claims-related inquiries. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Accident Benefits claims with equitability

• Secure necessary medical examinations and statements

Requirements:
• College Diploma or related experience preferred
• At least 2 years in insurance claims handling
• Progressing toward CIP certification required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to use multiple software programs
