Position: Field Claim Specialist for Auto Insurance
Work with Allstate as a Field Claim Specialist, where you will leverage your auto body repair knowledge to assist customers after losses. Focus on fast, fair damage estimations and settlements in this key role.

Reporting to the Manager Claims Auto Field, you will ensure customers receive prompt service during claims by creating accurate damage estimates and negotiating with repair facilities. Your responsibilities will include providing training support and maintaining strong partnerships with agents. A comprehensive understanding of auto repair procedures and compliance regulations will be essential in delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create damage repair estimates from claim file details

• Validate loss claims through damage photo reviews

• Negotiate and explain settlements to clients

• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies

• Attend automotive repair seminars for industry knowledge

Requirements:

• Technical Diploma in auto body repair

• 1-3 years of experience in estimating

• Valid Driver's License a must

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Proficiency with Guidewire Claim Center
