Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive investigations to evaluate claims

• Analyze policies and determine coverage limits

• Collaborate with contractors and field experts for damage assessments

• Negotiate settlements, displaying urgency and responsiveness

• Prepare detailed reports on findings and assessments

Requirements:

• Adjuster license level 2 or 3 or CIP designation preferable

• Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is an asset

• Proven experience in construction or building expertise preferred

• Proficient with Xactimate and MS Office Suite

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
