Position: SME Insurance Client Manager Role
Join NFP as a Client Manager in Alberta, specializing in small-market commercial insurance. This full-time, hybrid position focuses on exceptional client service and innovative insurance solutions tailored for SMEs.

Your primary responsibility is to collaborate with SMEs to identify their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions. Drawing from more than two years of experience in commercial insurance, you will manage a portfolio, create marketing strategies for renewals, and enhance client engagement. Building lasting relationships within the local community through networking events will be integral to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver value by advising clients on insurance solutions

• Create effective marketing strategies for renewals

• Network at industry events and community outreach

• Address inquiries on coverage and claims promptly

• Establish strong relationships with clients and carriers

Requirements:

• Current AB licensing; additional credentials are beneficial

• 2+ years in insurance servicing or underwriting experience

• Confidence in client interactions with emotional intelligence

• Proven problem-solving and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
