Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture broker partnerships for new opportunities

• Underwrite property and casualty risks, including complex portfolios

• Apply underwriting judgment and pricing strategies for growth

• Manage a profitable portfolio while adhering to guidelines

• Analyze large losses and suggest remediation strategies

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of commercial underwriting experience

• Completed or in-progress CIP designation; FCIP is an asset

• Strong technical expertise in risk assessment and pricing

• Proficient with underwriting and rating systems

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
