Key Responsibilities:

• Service and grow your personal lines portfolio

• Manage new business, renewals, and endorsements

• Advise clients on coverage and claims support

• Maintain detailed records in broker management systems

• Collaborate effectively with carriers, vendors, and team members

Requirements:

• Alberta General Insurance Level 1 or 2 required

• 2-3 years of relevant insurance experience

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and broker systems

• CAIB, CIP, or other designations are assets
