CPKC is looking for a Claims Representative to take charge of evaluating and resolving a variety of claims, including third-party damages. In this role, you will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to gather data, assess liability, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Your detail-oriented approach will be key to maintaining comprehensive and organized claim files.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage claims from initial notification to resolution

• Investigate claims and assess liability

• Collaborate with internal and external partners

• Prepare claim summaries and reports

• Ensure adherence to company policies

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in relevant fields

• Minimum 2 years of claims handling experience

• Familiarity with claims investigation principles

• Solid communication written and verbal

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
