• Review and resolve RSLA referrals effectively

• Investigate and analyze dispute circumstances

• Negotiate favorable outcomes with external vendors

• Coordinate litigation activities when necessary

• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the department

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Auto Claims or related fields

• Proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills

• Strong analytical and financial assessment capabilities

• Excellent time management and communication skills

• Familiarity with RSLA and court processes preferred
