CGIC P&C Underwriting Product Specialist

This role centers around providing in-depth product expertise that drives both development and optimization of underwriting processes. You will evaluate complex variables, communicate solutions to stakeholders, and mentor fellow team members. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product initiatives that enhance underwriting systems

• Support profitability through data analysis and solution identification

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant insurance experience

• Degree or diploma in a related field; CIP or FCIP preferred

• Expert knowledge of insurance frameworks

• Demonstrated agile project experience

• Effective relationship management skills
