Key Responsibilities:
• Drive client retention through dedicated account management
• Mentor and support Associate Account Managers
• Manage a diverse portfolio of assignments daily
• Collaborate with Account Executives for operational success

Requirements:
• Level 2 Insurance license necessary
• CAIB or CIP designation completion required
• 7+ years of experience in commercial property & casualty
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proven ability to manage various priorities independently
