Working alongside an experienced mentor and support team, you’ll be responsible for growing and managing a successful portfolio. Your focus will be developing relationships, generating new business, and delivering tailored insurance solutions that help clients protect and grow their businesses & families.

• Prospect and generate new opportunities
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business development activities
• Negotiate with insurance markets to secure competitive solutions
• Review client coverage needs and renewal strategies
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Claims Advocates, and underwriting partners
• Contribute to a positive, high‑performing team culture

• Level 2 Insurance License
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship‑building skills
• Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial mindset

• 5-10 years of insurance experience
• CIP, CAIB, or equivalent designation (or working toward it)
• Experience with Salesforce, EPIC, and Microsoft Office
• Post‑secondary education and an outstanding personality
