Personal Lines Executive

This role focuses on client management and service, requiring a minimum of three years of VIP Personal Lines experience. You will handle renewals and cross-sell various policies, including Auto and Home, ensuring regulatory compliance with EPIC. Your goal is to develop new business opportunities within personal lines and enhance client experiences through expert service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage an existing book of personal lines clients

• Provide expert advice and respond to inquiries

• Handle renewals and cross-sell various insurance policies

• Identify and develop new personal lines opportunities

• Maintain accurate documentation in systems and portals

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of VIP Personal Lines experience

• Level 2 Insurance License is mandatory

• Proficient with Applied EPIC and insurer portals

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• RIBO license and industry designations are assets
