Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain organized client files

• Process policy changes and endorsements with accuracy

• Manage invoicing and preparation of certificates

• Access portals to retrieve essential policy documents

• Facilitate accurate accounting activities for the team

Requirements:

• Background in an insurance brokerage is beneficial

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Power Point

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Able to work collaboratively and meet strict deadlines

• Brokers License considered an asset but not necessary
