In the Junior Underwriter role, you will assist Underwriters in managing existing accounts while gaining insight into all aspects of the underwriting process. Your responsibilities will include data entry, conducting analyses, and supporting the team with renewals and risk assessment while ensuring the highest standards of data quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Underwriters in pricing and case preparation
• Conduct research and assist in underwriting renewals
• Enter and manage data within underwriting systems
• Facilitate communication between functions and departments
• Build internal relationships to enhance service delivery
Requirements:
• A related undergraduate degree or experience
• Demonstrated interest in underwriting practices
• Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented approach
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Progressing towards relevant professional designations
