In this role, you will report to the Manager Claims Auto Field, validating damages, creating reports, and liaising with repair facilities. Strong organizational skills, along with a focus on compliance and continuous improvement, are critical to ensure effective service delivery. You will also assist in training team members as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Validate claims details and damage files
• Create precise damage repair estimates
• Explain estimates and negotiate settlements
• Recommend enhancements to claims processes
• Partner with agents for seamless service
Requirements:
• Technical Diploma or equivalent in auto repair
• 1-3 years’ experience in damage estimating
• Must hold a valid Driver's License
• Willingness to pursue CIP designation
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
