Compensation
Competitive base salary between $60,000 – $75,000 commensurate with experience, along with new business commission on any leads.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support an existing high-net-worth client book, including renewals, policy modifications, and client reviews
• Provide personalized service to VIP clients, addressing their coverage needs with tailored solutions
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the high-net-worth client segment
• Ensure compliance with appraisal requirements, educational initiatives, and event participation
• Process policy changes efficiently and maintain accurate client records

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience as a Personal Lines Broker
• Alberta Level 2license
• Strong customer service skills with attention to detail
• Experience managing high-net-worth or VIP client accounts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle complex policies and adapt to specialized client needs
